Barbara E. Culbreath deeply loves Jesus, and diligently studies and devotedly stands on His word. Barbara is a life learner of the whole Bible and is particularly passionate about end-time events and prophecies.She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Central State University in Wilberforce, OH. She currently attends Peoples Church – Uptown in Cincinnati, OH, and serves in the Women’s Ministry.
After retiring from the City of Cincinnati following 30 years of service, Barbara currently works part-time at a pregnancy resource center.
Having experienced the negative effects of an abortion she had in college, as well as freedom from the tormenting aftermath of abortion through the grace, mercy, and forgiveness of Jesus Christ (1 John 1:9), she helps mothers, fathers, and families to make life-affirming pregnancy related decisions. Barbara passionately shares her testimony of tragedy to triumph on podcast interviews, pro-life panel discussions and women’s conferences, and strives to help women and men to also find forgiveness in Jesus following their past abortions.
Barbara and her husband Arnold have been married for 37 years. They have two amazing adult children, one beautiful daughter-in-love, two gorgeous granddaughters and one handsome grandson all living in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Pastor Arnold M. Culbreath has been preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ for 38 years and is described as having apostolic/shepherding/teaching gifts, and a ministry of encouragement. He strives to equip the Body of Christ to walk in the fullness of all that God has called them to be and to do, and he desires to see every local church and every Believer fulfill their destiny, and to live life to the fullest in God.
He currently serves in the following 3-fold Kingdom capacities: 1) Barnabas-in-Residence Pastor at Peoples Church in Cincinnati, OH; 2) National Director of Ministry Engagement with the Douglass Leadership Institute; and also 3) Founder & President of Breath of Life, LLC, a for-profit businesstry that seeks to “Breathe LIFE into EVERY Situation.”
Since 2007, Arnold has been a trailblazer in the Pro-Life Movement locally, nationally, and internationally. He founded Protecting Black Life in 2007, under the leadership of the late pro-life pioneer Dr. John C. “Jack” Willke at Life Issues Institute, formerly headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, and served as the Institute’s Director of Urban Outreach for Protecting Black Life’s first 8 years. PBL’s mission was to deliver a life-affirming message regarding abortion’s disproportionate impact on Black Americans, and to connect mothers, fathers, and families to resources to encourage, empower and equip them to choose life. He left Protecting Black Life in January 2015 to birth Breath of Life, LLC, which he co-founded and co-leads with his wife Barbara, to continue the work he started at Protecting Black Life.
Pastor Arnold is one of the seven co-founders of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition, a network of Pro-Life and Pro-Family organizations committed to restoring a culture that celebrates our Lord Jesus
Christ, Life and Family, cultivating Hope and Prosperity in the Black community.
He is a national and international speaker, as well as a frequently sought-after radio, television, and podcast guest. His ministry and music have taken him across the U.S., as well as Africa, England, Scotland, and Trinidad. Arnold currently serves as an Advisory Board Member with The Elpis Centre – A Pregnancy & Family Resource Centre in Freeport, Trinidad.
Arnold is a professional saxophonist with 49 years of experience and frequently performs at Churches, Conferences, Banquets, etc. He has recorded on over 50 CDs of various artists and his music has touched audiences around the world. Arnold has recorded several solo CDs, and his 4th and newest project “Beside Still Waters” was released in September 2022.
